Terra-Wise, LLC uses HomeNav™ and Sustaining Spaces services to earn First National Green Certification for Renovation/Addition in Missouri from NAHB Research Center

HomeNav™ and green certification consulting services from Sustaining Spaces were instrumental in earning our bronze level green certification for a renovation/addition project in St. Louis County. This project is the first Renovation/Addition Project of its kind, in Missouri and third in the country to be Green Certified by the new ANSI- approved National Green Building Standard™. HomeNav™ – proved to be essential for storing information and we were able to use it to fulfill the homeowner education and documentation requirements. After the project was completed – HomeNav became the homeowner’s “Operating Manual” and will stay with them to modify and enhance over the years. It’s really a great tool.
